Enduris™ Liquid Flashing

Secure. Durable. Weatherproof.

Close cracks and prevent damage from water leaks, mold, mildew, rot and rust, with Enduris Liquid Flashing.

Quick links

Enduris Liquid Flashing forms a complete, waterproof seal across seams, penetrations, and fasteners on architectural surfaces and roofing substrates. Its high-performance silicone formula is made to withstand the world's most demanding and extreme environments.

An integral part of the Enduris Roof Coatings system, Enduris Liquid Flashing closes cracks, protecting your roof from water leaks, mold, mildew, wood rot and metal rust with proven, lasting performance.

Enduris Liquid Flashing securely bonds to most roofing materials and substrates including single-ply, SPF, metal, concrete, and common parapet/coping materials. Asphaltic substrates such as modified bitumen, BUR, and granulated cap sheet may require bleed blocker to prevent staining.

Product FAQs

What factors influence the performance of a roof coating system?

Key performance factors include the condition of the existing roof, correct surface preparation, environmental conditions during installation, coating thickness, and system compatibility with the underlying substrate. Long-term performance depends on correct specification and professional installation.

What types of roofs can the Enduris system be applied to?

The Enduris roof coating system can typically be applied to a range of sound roofing substrates including metal roofs, single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up roofing systems, and spray polyurethane foam, subject to adhesion testing and substrate condition assessment.

Can Enduris roof coatings be used instead of full roof replacement?

In suitable conditions, the Enduris roof coating system can be used as an alternative to full roof replacement where the existing roof is structurally sound. It is designed to restore waterproofing performance and extend service life, offering a refurbishment approach rather than full tear-off replacement.

Who typically uses Enduris roof coatings?

Enduris roof coatings are typically used by roofing contractors during refurbishment projects, specified by consultants or surveyors, and selected by building owners seeking to improve waterproofing performance and extend the service life of existing roof assets.

How does a silicone roof coating extend the life of a roof?

A silicone roof coating system extends roof life by creating a durable, weather-resistant barrier that protects the underlying roof from UV exposure, water ingress, and thermal cycling. This helps reduce ongoing deterioration of the existing roof structure and can significantly delay the need for full replacement.

What is the Enduris roof coating system used for?

The Enduris roof coating system is used to restore and protect existing roofing assemblies by forming a seamless, waterproof silicone membrane over the existing roof surface. It is commonly specified to extend roof service life and delay or avoid full roof replacement where the substrate is still structurally sound.
